Monthly Assistance Program
Monthly assistance, in the form of unprepared food, is available to all residents of Goffstown, New Boston, and Dunbarton who request it. Newcomers are welcome --No appointment is necessary.
What to Bring:
Proof of residence is required at every visit. This proof of residence should be a current utility bill, not a driver’s license.
Time and Location:
Parish House of St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church, at 7 North Mast Street in Goffstown.
Wednesday evenings from 6:00 – 7:30 pm
Saturday mornings from 10:00 – 11:30 am.
What We Offer:
At monthly visits, clients are provided with an assortment of food, based on family size:

Frozen meat and fish

Milk, cheese, and eggs

Pantry staples, such as cereal, soup, beans, pasta, canned fruits and vegetables, rice, and juice, as well as ready to eat meals like stew and ravioli

Fresh items (as available), such as breads, pastries, potatoes, apples, onions, carrots, and other seasonal fruits and vegetables
-
Personal care items, such as shampoo, toothpaste, toilet paper, feminine hygiene products, incontinent briefs and Kleenex

Laundry soap

In the summer, local gardeners often donate fresh produce through our Grow-A-Row program.
